The Townes at Cross Creek Logo & Print
The Townes at Cross Creek is a new housing development in Colorado Springs. I was tasked with creating them a new logo and branding collateral. I also created a print piece used to spread awareness about the features of the new property.
Throughout the initial logo design phase, I explored several concepts that embodied the look and feel they were going for.
With feedback from their marketing director, we focused on one option to continue refining and started to figure out a color scheme to implement.
Once the logo was finalized, I began work on branding elements including business cards and letterhead to reinforce their new visual identity.
I also created a printed piece highlighting features of the property that they could send out to spread awareness.
